Having devoted nearly 40 years to Wesley Gardens, Randy’s long journey reflects a deep commitment to its residents, staff, and mission. Randy began his career as a young college student working in the kitchen and advanced through the organization to become its administrator. Randy is passionate about fostering a culture of resident-centered care, ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion while feeling truly at home. He believes that building meaningful relationships and creating a warm, welcoming environment are at the heart of exceptional care. Outside of his administrative role, Randy enjoys playing the piano and sharing his love of music with residents, families, and staff. Through both his leadership and his music, he strives to make Wesley Gardens a joyful and happy place for everyone.

With more than 25 years of nursing experience in senior care, Karen is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Since joining Wesley Gardens in June 2025, she has embraced the community as an extension of her own family and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every resident feels valued and at home. Outside of Wesley Gardens, she enjoys traveling, exploring historic destinations, ballroom dancing, and putting her skills to the test as a trivia champion. She also proudly credits herself with recruiting her husband, Russ, as one of Wesley Gardens' most enthusiastic volunteers. Her experience, and genuine love for serving others make her a trusted resource and a familiar, friendly face throughout the community.

Cassandra is our Director of Resident Health Services. She is dedicated to maintaining a warm, family-oriented atmosphere for residents. She is also passionate about supporting a cohesive living and working environment where residents and staff feel connected, respected, and supported. She also values conversations with residents and their families, helping ensure their needs are heard and met. Residents especially enjoy talking with her about fashion, including neck scarves and jewelry! Cassandra is a Master’s prepared registered nurse with 32 years of experience at the Veterans Administration Hospital, where she served in a variety of staffing and leadership roles. She also holds a doctorate degree in education. Two years after retiring, she joined the Wesley Gardens team, first as an Infection Control Nurse. On a personal note, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her family during the holidays and traveling.
